Who are we looking for?

For our client Leaseweb we are looking for an energetic and people minded Manager Sap Application Management, who will develop a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the SAP landscape.

Leaseweb has been a leading international organization in the area of hosting services and SAAS solutions for 20 years, with more than 500 employees in 40 countries.

In your role as the manager of the SAP Application Team, you will ensure the seamless operation of the SAP applications overseeing bi-weekly releases of further improvements. Leaseweb uses a wide range of the latest SAP products, including CPQ, C4C, ECC/S4, BI, and Commerce, which play a crucial role in supporting core operations worldwide 24/7. Your role involves overseeing the team responsible for supporting the end organization and resolving issues in collaboration with the global key users.

You will report directly to the CTO and are involved in close cooperation with the global product engineering team. You will manage a dynamic team of 10 individuals, coaching and developing their skills and provide technical leadership to external consultants, ensuring consistent architectural standards.

Results to be achieved

Lead the SAP Competence Department Application Management team and external SAP consultants.

Ensure the best possible SAP landscape not only for the operations in the Netherlands but also for the global entities of Leaseweb.

Shape the future by identifying and developing critical skills necessary to achieve the business goals.

You are a forward-thinking IT leader with a passion for SAP solutions and a desire to make a global impact.

You have a proven track record in leading IT teams on a day-to-day basis and a solid functional knowledge of SAP modules, including CPQ, C4C, ECC/S4, BI, and Commerce, with exposure to additional modules as a plus.

You bring a positive and proactive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams. You have an analytical mindset, quickly grasping complex workflows and processes.
